Leadership
Flinch Forward was born from the belief that Men and Women of purpose, must give back. We have no choice. We were forged in the Warrior Values of purpose and mission and that purpose and mission is who we are, not what we do.
We give, and sacrifice for many reasons. Some of those reasons are selfish and have to do with dealing with our own post traumatic stress. But we refuse to believe that we have a disorder. Instead, we use that stress to our advantage and turn it from stress to success. We believe in Post Traumatic Success Development.

Gloria served six years active duty as a Black Hawk helicopter mechanic/crew chief in the US Army and participated in Operations Provide Comfort in Iraq/Turkey and Restore Hope in Somalia.
She currently practices as a dental hygienist in Parker, CO. A former resident of Estes Park, she is still actively involved in the development and production of Flinch Forward’s mission, which serves military veterans and first responders. During her downtime, she loves to spend time outdoors, with her family, and pets. Anywhere that animals are welcome, is the perfect spot to go on a hike. But, when friends come to visit, she enjoys sharing some her favorite spots to explore, enjoy the views, and listen to the sound of silence. |
